高职院校专业文化建设是高职校园文化建设的核心,是专业建设的灵魂和推动专业建设的重要力量。在"中国制造"强国战略的背景下,"工匠精神"的提出明确了职业教育的精神内涵,为职业教育的文化建设指明了方向。把"工匠精神"贯穿于人才培养的全过程的有效途径,可以为校企合作及文化育人等方面培养学生提供思路。
