With the introduction of core literacy, the reform of education curriculum at all levels in China has been continuously promoted.Teachers are the key factors in the implementation of the new curriculum reform. However, for teachers, there are deep-rooted influences of traditional education culture and social reality orientation, the disconnection between teachers'solidified thinking and new curriculum reform culture, and the low cultural identity of teachers'curriculum reform problems. In order to improve the teacher's adaptation to the curriculum reform culture, this paper proposes to change the teaching concept and actively adapt to the new curriculum reform culture;creatively and progressively abandon the traditional education culture;innovate the teacher training model and promote cultural transformation and integration.
