摘要 在阐明中职校教诊改工作的内涵与主要任务的基础上,分析教诊改工作存在重视不够、理解偏差和畏难不前等问题。提出顶层设计质量保证组织体系,转变角色履行职能;目标设计与标准建设为先,科学确立诊改的逻辑起点;融于常规工作,提高教诊改工作运行成效等推进策略。 On the basis of expounding the connotation and main tasks of teaching reform in secondary vocational schools,this paper analyzes the exiting problems like insufficient attention,understanding deviation and fear of difficulties in teaching reform,then it puts forward the top-level design quality assurance organization system to change the role to perform functions;Goal design and standard construction are the first to establish the logical starting point of diagnosis and treatment scientifically;It also promotes strategies such as integrating routine work and improving the effectiveness of teaching and reform work.
