摘要
基于CIPP教育评价模式,从理念与目标、组织运作、教育资源、课程与教学及学习成效等五个维度构建职业学校创业教育实施成效的评价模型。利用模型,编制访谈提纲,对江苏省苏南、苏中、苏北三个地区的职业学校学生进行访谈,评价江苏省职业学校创业教育的实施成效。江苏省职业学校的创业教育已取得较为良好的成效,但是地区发展非常不平衡,创业教育缺乏专业师资,课程结构单一,缺少创业实践。职业学校应针对上述问题,进一步深化与完善创业教育改革,为学生全面、自由的发展搭建良好的平台。
Based on CIPP education evaluation model,this paper constructs an evaluation model of the effects of entrepreneurship education in vocational schools from five dimensions:concept and goal,organization and operation,educational resources,curriculum and teaching,and learning effectiveness.The interview outline was constructed based on the model,and the students of vocational schools in southern,central and Northern Jiangsu were interviewed to evaluate the implementation effect of entrepreneurship education in vocational schools in Ji-angsu Province.The entrepreneurship education of vocational schools in Jiangsu Province has achieved good results,but the unbalanced development of the region is reflected in the following aspects:the shortage of professional teachers in entrepreneurship education,single curriculum structure,and a lack of entrepreneurship practice.Vocational schools should deepen and improve the reform of entrepreneurship education in order to build a good platform for students'comprehensive development.
