摘要
专业化是提升职业内涵的必由之路。在积极老龄化战略的推进实践中,老龄教育教师素质的重要性日益凸显,赋予其专业化的独特内涵。专业伦理、专业知识和专业实践构成其专业化的核心内容。实现其专业化可以从促进老龄教育行业组织建设、开展跨专业培育机制探索和促进互动学习机制活化等方面着力。
Specialization is the only way to improve the professional connotation.In the practice of promoting the strategy of active aging,the quality of education teachers for the aged has become more and more important,which endows it with the unique connotation of specialization.Professional ethics,professional knowledge and professional practice constitute the core content of its specialization.The realization of its specialization can be implemented on promoting the construction of education industry organization for the aged,exploring cross-specialty cultivation mechanism and promoting the activation of interactive learning mechanism.
