外宣翻译中译者主体性分析——以十九大热点词为例

An Analysis of Translator's Subjectivity in Foreign Public Declarations——Taking the Hot Words of the 19th National Congress as Examples

译者主体性是译者作为翻译主体,在尊重客观翻译环境的前提下对译入语文化环境进行充分了解和认识,在翻译过程中发挥相应的主观能动性,选择合适的语言表达和策略方法实现原语意图的再现与表达。本文主要是从主体性角度分析译者主体性的内涵与特征,以外宣材料——十九大英译版本中热点词的翻译为例,分析译者在译语意图的再现与表达过程中的参与或作用发挥及其所运用翻译策略,旨在通过译者在外宣材料翻译中的主体性参与或作用发挥,准确传递原语意图,促进原语文化交流。

The translator's subjectivity is that the translator,as the main body of translation,should fully understand the target language's cultural environment under the premise of respecting the objective translating environment,and play a corresponding subjective initiative in the process of translating,choosing appropriate linguistic expressions and translation strategy to achieve the original intent of representation and expression.This paper mainly analyzes the intention and characteristics of translator's subjectivity from the perspective of subjectivity.Taking the translation of hot words in the 19th National Congress of English translation as examples,this paper analyzes the process of translating and expressing the translator's intention,analyzes the translator's participation or function in the process of reproduction and expression of target language intent and their application of translation strategies.The purpose is to convey the original intent of the source languageprecisely through the subjective participation or role play of the translator in the translation of foreign propaganda materials and to promote the exchange of cultures.
