摘要
高硫铝土矿脱硫主要有选矿脱硫、焙烧脱硫、过程湿法脱硫等方法,高硅铝土矿脱硅主要有选矿脱硅、焙烧碱溶脱硅、生物脱硅等方法,高硫高硅铝土矿如何实现同步脱硫脱硅是该矿种获得应用的关键。在详细阐述上述方法研究现状的基础上,认为"悬浮焙烧脱硫-常压碱溶脱硅-拜耳溶出"是处理高硫高硅铝土矿的新途径,具有较好的发展前景。
Desulfurization of high-sulfur bauxite mainly includes dressing,calcining and process wet desulfurization.Desilication of high-silicon bauxite mainly includes dressing,calcining alkali dissolving,and biological desilication.How to realize simultaneous desulfurization and desilication is the key to the application of this mineral.Based on the detailed research of the above methods,it is considered that"suspended calcining desulfurization-atmospheric pressure alkali desilication-Bayer dissolution"is a new way of processing high-sulfur and high-silicon bauxite,has good prospects for development.
