摘要
针对国外某氧化铝焙烧炉返灰系统的运行现状进行分析,研究其工艺流程、工艺设备以及运行存在的问题(如工艺流程长,机械设备多,运行故障率高)。根据分析,推荐了优化改进方案,并提出了优化的工艺流程(即"串联双翻板阀"-"料封泵"),该工艺流程具有流程简单、机械设备少、故障率低、运行费用低等优点,可有效保障整个焙烧炉系统的年运转率,从而提高氧化铝的年产量。优化的工艺流程可产生显著的经济效益和社会效益,值得推荐采用。
This paper analyzes the operation status of ash returning system of calciner in the foreign countries,and studies the process flow,process equipment and operation problems(such as long process flow,many mechanical equipment and high failure rate).According to the results of the analysis and study,the optimization scheme is recommended,and the optimized process flow("series double flap valve"-"sealing pump")is proposed.The flow has simple process,less mechanical equipment,low failure rate,and low operating cost and other advantages which can effectively guarantee the annual operating rate of the entire system,thereby increasing the annual output of alumina.Optimized processes can produce significant economic and social benefits that are recommended.
