Strengthening the Pre-deployment Professional Training for Peacekeeping Medical Contingents

联合国维和行动卫勤保障不同于平战时和其他非战争军事行动卫勤保障,医疗分队的部署前卫勤训练也不同于普通卫勤训练,在组织计划、内容方法和模式条件等方面有显著特点。文章通过情报调研、对比分析和归纳总结,对维和行动卫勤保障的主要特点和面临的挑战进行分析,并对我军加强医疗分队部署前卫勤训练提升维和卫勤保障能力,提出建议。

The medical support for UN peacekeeping operations differs from the medical support for peace time operations,wars and operations other than war.The pre-deployment medical training for medical contingents is also different from the general military medical training and has notable features in terms of organization,plans,content,methods,mode and conditions.Through intelligence research,comparative analysis and summary,this paper analyzed the main characteristics and challenges of the medical support in peacekeeping operations and put forward several suggestions on how to improve the medical support ability,by enhancing Chinese military medical contingents pre-deployment medical training.
