军援医学留学生医院实习阶段汉语学习需求分析

摘要 医学留学生在学习动机与需求上有显著的特殊性,因其医学专业、英语授课、回国就业等因素导致学员汉语学习主动性低,教学进程缓慢。但随着医院实习展开,学员在华医院实习时间延长,其汉语学习需求日益强烈且目标明确。文章针对这种特殊性对学校两年制军援医学留学生的学习动机及其医院实习阶段的汉语需求进行分析,为改革两年制军援医学留学生汉语课程体系、提高教学质量及医院对留学生的管理起指导性作用。 Medical students have prominent particularity in learning motivation and demand.The cultivation of their medical specialty,the language of English teaching and the employment direction after returning home result in low initiative in Chinese learning and slow teaching process for the students.However,with the development of hospital practice and the extension of students'internship time in hospitals in China,their demand for Chinese learning has been increasingly strong and goal-oriented.Aimed at this particularity,this paper analyzes and studies the learning motivation of 2-year military aid international medical students in the university and their demand for Chinese in the hospital internship,so as to play a guiding role in reforming the Chinese curriculum system of 2-year military aid international medical students and in improving the teaching quality and management of clinical practice of international students in the future.
