案例模拟演练在精神科急救护理能力提升中的应用

Application of Case Simulation Exercise in the Improvement of Psychiatric Emergency Nursing Ability

目的分析并有效探讨案例模拟演练在精神科医护人员急救护理能力提升工作中的具体应用方法与相关效果。方法在2017年5月—2018年5月期间,由院方组织,对100名精神科医护人员进行急救护理能力培训工作,培训完成后,通过随机抽签的方式将其分为观察组50名与对照组50名,其中对照组采用常规演练方式,观察组采用案例模拟演练方式,通过问卷调查,对医护人员培训效果进行检验与评价工作。结果演练后,观察组精神科医护人员在团队协作能力、意外事件处理能力、工作积极性方面评分高于对照组,且观察组满意度98%,高于对照组84%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例模拟演练有助于提升精神科医护人员的工作积极性与热情,巩固其所具备的理论知识,从而有效提高医护人员的综合能力与面对突发状况的应急能力,具有良好的发展前景。

Objective To analyze and effectively explore the specific application methods and related effects of case simulation exercises in the work of improving the emergency nursing ability of psychiatric medical staff.Methods During the period from May 2017 to May 2018,100 mental health care workers were trained by the hospital to carry out emergency nursing ability training.After the training was completed,they were randomly divided into observation group by 50 cases amd 50 cases in the control group,in which the control group used the conventional drill method,and the observation group used the case simulation exercise method to conduct the test and evaluation of the training effect of the medical staff through questionnaire survey.Results After the drill,the psychiatric staff in the observation group scored higher than the control group in terms of teamwork ability,accident handling ability,and work enthusiasm,and the observation group satisfaction was 98%,which was higher than the control group by 84%,with significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The case simulation exercise helps to enhance the enthusiasm of the psychiatric staff and strengthen their theoretical knowledge,thus effectively improving the comprehensive ability of the medical staff and the emergency response ability in the face of emergencies.It has a good development prospect.
