种植修复及残根保存修复治疗牙齿缺损患者的教学体会 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究比较种植修复及残根保存修复治疗牙齿缺损患者的教学效果。方法选取2018年1—5月期间在某医院实习的实习生共16名,随机地把这些实习生分成对照组和观察组,每组8名。对于对照组的实习生采取传统带教法来实施教学,对于观察组的实习生则采取临床指导的方式来实施教学,然后观察比较两组的实习效果。结果对照组实习生平均得分为(71.38±6.37)分,而观察组实习生的平均得分为(90.92±6.71)分,(t=8.42,P=0.029<0.05)。对照组病人接收治疗的总有效率为71.21%,观察组患者治疗的总有效率为92.42%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.35,P=0.021<0.05)。结论比较种植修复及残根保存修复治疗牙齿缺损患者的教学,使用临床指导的教学手段,更有利于实习生对知识技术的掌握,同时有利于患者的恢复,所以该法值得在进行教学时推广应用。
