形成性评价在某校影像学专业临床教学中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究形成性评价在影像学专业临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2016年9月—2018年6月该校影像学专业实施形成性评价的临床教学模式后120名学生为观察对象。另选择2014年9月—2016年6月该校影像学专业未实施实施形成性评价的临床教学模式的120名学生为对照组。比较两组学生在读片考核成绩,对教学满意度以及评判性思维评分等方面的差异。结果观察组呼吸科、骨科、神经科读片考题满分率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对该组教学方法的总体评价、教与学的互动性好、教与学的启发性好、减少教学负担、提高读片鉴别能力、提高学习效果的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项评判性思维评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论形成性评价在影像学专业临床教学中的应用效果显著有利于提高学生的读片考核成绩,改善学生对教学方式的满意度,同时有效提高学生的评判性思维能力。 Objective To study the application effect of formative evaluation from September 2014 to the clinical teaching in the imaging major in our school.Methods 120 cases of students after the clinical teaching model of formative evaluation in our imaging center from September 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the observation objects,and 120 cases of students without the formative evaluation clinical teaching model in the imaging major in our school in June 2016 were selected as the control group,and the film reading examination score,satisfactory degree to teaching and critical thinking score were compared between the two groups.Results The full score rate of reading examination questions in the department of respiration,in the department of orthopedics and in the department of neurology were obviously higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant all(P<0.05),and the total evaluation,good interaction between teaching and learning,good enlightenment of teaching and learning,reducing the teaching burden,improving the reading identification capability,and improving the satisfactory degree to teaching effect scores in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and various critical thinking scores in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The application effect of formative evaluation in the clinical teaching in the imaging major obviously benefits the film reading examination results of students,improving the satisfactory degree of students to the teaching way,and it can effectively improve the students’critical thinking abilities.
