创伤骨科患者围术期运用疼痛护理管理对其快速康复的价值分析

Analysis of Application Value of Pain Nursing Management on the Rapid Recovery of Patients During the Perioperative Period in the Trauma Department of Orthopedics

目的探讨疼痛护理管理在创伤骨科患者围术期的应用效果。方法 2016年5月—2018年5月140例该院收治患者被随机均分为两组。参照组给予常规围术期护理,实验组在参照组基础上联合实施疼痛护理管理。结果不同的干预之后,两组患者的手术后疼痛程度评分表现出明显差异,实验组NRS评分明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。经统计与比较两组患者在平均住院时间方面存在明显差异,实验组时间明显短于参照组(P<0.05)。结论创伤骨科患者围术期运用疼痛护理管理可有效缓解患者的术后疼痛,促进其快速康复。

Objective To study the application value of pain nursing management on the rapid recovery of patients during the perioperative period in the trauma department of orthopedics.Methods 140 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups from March 2016 to March 2018,the control group used the routine nursing during the preoperative period,while the experimental group used the pains nursing management on the basis of the control group.Results After intervention,the difference in the pain degree score after surgery between the two groups was obvious,and the NRS score in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference in the average length of stay between the two groups was obvious,and the time in the experimental group was obviously shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pains nursing management during the perioperative period in the Trauma department of orthopedics can effectively relieve the postoperative pains,and promote the rapid recovery.
