药品合理分类及药品监管制度在医院西药房管理中应用浅析

Analysis of Application of Drug Rational Classification and Drug Monitoring System in the Western Medicine Pharmacy Management in the Hospital

目的探究药品合理分类及药品监管制度在医院西药房管理中的应用效果。方法以2017年6—12月为对照阶段,医院西药房实施常规管理,2018年1—6月为观察阶段,在常规管理基础上,实施实施药品合理分类及药品监管制度,对比两组药品差错率。结果对照阶段的药品差错率为0.61%,显著高于观察阶段的0.11%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院西药房管理中应用药品合理分类及药品监管制度,可有效降低药品差错率。

Objective To study the application of drug rational classification and drug monitoring system in the western medicine pharmacy management in the hospital.Methods The control phrase was from June to December 2017,using the western medicine pharmacy routine management,and the observation phrase was from January to June 2018,using the drug rational classification and drug monitoring system on the basis of the routine management,and the drug error rate was compared between the two groups.Results The drug error rate in the control phrase was obviously higher than that in the observation phrase(0.61%vs 0.11%),and the difference was with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of drug rational classification and drug monitoring system in the hospital western medicine pharmacy management can effectively reduce the drug error rate.
