护理管理在呼吸内科安全管理中的应用

Application of Nursing Management in the Safety Management in the Department of Respiration Medicine

护理安全主要是指护理人员在进行临床护理操作过程中,患者未出现法律、法规所允许范围外机体功能结构、心理上损害、缺陷、障碍及其死亡,作为现阶段医院衡量护理服务质量一项重要指标。由于呼吸内科工作繁忙,患者人数较多,因此,会存在较多护理风险因素,如意外跌倒、呼吸机感染等,严重情况下甚至会引发护患纠纷。因此,为有效维护患者和谐关系,需要对现阶段护理工作中所存在护理风险因素加以重视,该文就该院呼吸内科中常见问题、管理方式进行阐述,为后期临床工作者病房管理提供理论依据。

The nursing safety mainly refers to the nursing staff without organ function structure,mental impairment,defect,disorder and death allowed in the law and regulations in the clinical operation process,which can be used as an important index of balancing the nursing service quality currently.There are many nursing risk risks such as accidental falling and infection of respirators due to busy work in the department of respiration medicine and lots of patients,if serious,the medical disputes are caused,therefore,in order to effectively maintain the harmonious relationship,we need to attach importance to the nursing risk factors in the nursing work currently,and the paper elaborates the common issues and management way in the department of internal medicine in our hospital thus providing theoretical basis for the ward management in the clinical workers in the late stage.
