摘要
标准化病人(SP)目前广泛应用于医学教学中,能同时扮演"病人""评估者"和"教学指导者"3种角色,在教学中起着非常重要的作用,但筛选和培训方式不统一,缺乏规范性。结合该校情况,以西医内科学教学为例,探讨标准化病人的筛选与培训方法,以促进SP规范培训的发展与成熟。
Standardized Patient(SP)plays a very important role of"Patient""Estimator"and"Instructor"at the same time in teaching process.However,the selective and training methods are short of consistency and normalization.Combining the actual condition of our college,I will take some examples in the process of internal teaching,to discuss and search for the selective and training method of SP,in order to propel the development and maturity of SP standardized training.
