通过分析机采血小板不良反应实例,总结不良反应发生原因。从护理人员技术操作、献血者心理护理、献血服务等方面入手,根据实际情况采用针对性护理方法,有效降低献血不良反应发生率,对保障献血安全、提高再次献血率等方面均具有重要意义。

The causes of adverse reactions are summarized by analyzing the ADR cases of apheresis platelets starting from the technical operation of nurses,psychological nursing of blood donors and blood donation service,and we adopt targeted nursing methods according to the actual situation,thus the incidence of adverse reactions to blood donation can be effectively reduced,which is of great significance to ensure the safety of blood donation and improve the rate of re-donation.
