摘要
采用废茶叶为原料,氢氧化钠为化学活化剂,二者直接混合后研磨用马弗炉做热源,热解制备活性炭(AC)。采用中心组合设计(central composite design, CCD)实验,运用响应面法(response surface method, RSM)优化工艺参数,考察活化温度、活化时间和炭碱比对活性炭碘值和产率的影响。得出优化工艺参数为:活化温度455.2℃,活化时间71.1min,炭碱比5.30,该工艺条件下活性炭碘值和产率的实验结果和预测值分别为649.11mg/g、33.29%和682.69 mg/g、35%,二者基本相符,验证了模型的有效性。
Activated carbon(ACS)was prepared by NaOH activation.The preparation method has been optimised through the analysis of response surface method(RSM)and central composite design(CCD).The influence of activation temperature,activation time and waste tea/NaOH ratio on the adsorption capacity and yield have been studied.The maximum adsorption capacity of ACs was 649.11mg/g when waste tea was activated at 455.2℃for 71.1 min with a waste tea/NaOH ratio ratio of 5.30.
