转型期国民社会心态的特征与调适

Characteristics and Adjustment of National Social Mentality during the Transition Period

社会心态是透视和观察社会状况的"晴雨表"和"风向标"。社会心态问题事关国家社会稳定与和谐,是近年来我国党和政府高度重视的一个重大社会问题,也是理论界关注的重要学术问题。在对社会心态的概念、转型期国民社会心态的特征进行梳理的基础上,提出了发展社会生产力,解决民生问题;重视核心价值观作用,增强国民认同感;建立心理预警机制,疏导国民社会情绪;发挥自我教育作用,学会自我心理调适等策略。

Social mentality is a“barometer”and“wind vane”to observe the social conditions,which is related to the stability and harmony of a country.It is a social issue which the CPC and government have paid great attention to in recent years,and also an important academic issue discussed by theoretical circles.Based on the extensive survey of the concept and the characteristics of social mentality in the transition period,this paper proposes that people’s livelihood be solved by developing social productive forces;people’s sense of identity be enhanced by stressing the core value;people’s social emotion be eased by establishing psychological early warning mechanism;self psychological adjustment be mastered by self-education and other strategies,etc.
