新时代高职院校学生思政理论骨干的培育是塑造马克思主义信仰之需,为学生群体思想政治理论素质的提高起到显著的榜样和引领作用。对高职院校学生思政理论骨干的培育,需要创新联动式三促进的培育机制,主要包括建立"共频共振"的育人主导机制、"选、退、补"的选人机制和资源优化整合机制。有了良好地机制保障,还需要探索立体化的培育路径,通过把搭建育人平台、坚持问题导向、深入开展实践以及重视红色文化结合起来,才能够优势互补、形成合力,以增强培育的整体效应。

The cultivation of the backbone of ideological and political theory of higher vocational college students in the new era is the need to shape the belief of Marxism,and plays a significant role as an example and a leading role in improving the quality of ideological and political theory of students.To cultivate the backbone of ideological and political theory of higher vocational college students,we need to innovate the training mechanism of linkage and three promotions,including establishing the leading mechanism of“common frequency resonance”,“selecting,withdrawing and supplementing”and the mechanism of resource optimization and integration.With a good mechanism guarantee,we need to explore three-dimensional cultivation path.Only by combining building a platform for educating people,persisting in problem orientation,carrying out in-depth practice and attaching importance to red culture,can we complement each other’s strengths and form a synergy,so as to enhance the overall effect of cultivation.
