摘要
现有异步吸气涡旋压缩机,在排气口开启瞬间存在不同压力气体的混合进而造成不可逆排气损失。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于中线的不对称圆弧修正方法,研究了修正参数对异步吸气涡旋压缩机性能的影响,构建了一种两组工作腔最大内容积比相等的新型异步吸气涡旋压缩机的涡旋齿,并对其工作腔内部流场进行了三维数值模拟。
In this paper, in order to solve the problem of irreversible loss caused by gas mixing of different pressures in the discharge process of the existing asynchronous suction scroll compressor, an asymmetric circular arc modified method based on the midline is proposed, and the influence of modified parameters on the performance of scroll compressor is studied. In addition, a novel wrap of the asynchronous suction scroll compressor with the equal largest built-in volume ratio of the two working chambers is constructed, and the 3D numerical simulation is conducted.
