饮料工厂压缩空气系统节能探索与实践

摘要 空压站电耗占饮料生产工厂整条生产线电力消耗的30%~40%左右,是工厂节能降耗的关键目标设备。以压缩空气的节能方向、空压站开机组合为重点,对饮料企业的压缩空气节能措施及实践验证等环节进行了初步探索与实践。 The power consumption of air compressor station accounts for about 30%~ 40% of the power consumption of the whole production line of beverage factory, which is the key target equipment for energy saving and consumption reduction. In this paper, the energy-saving direction of compressed air, air compressor station start-up combination as the focus of energy-saving measures and practical verification of compressed air in beverage enterprises were preliminarily explored and practiced.
