摘要
根据零件的结构特点和"金属粉末/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂(ABS)"的成型特性,对该坯件的注塑模具进行了设计。重点对成型零件、浇注系统、侧向抽芯机构和温度控制系统进行了研究,确定了先进合理的模具结构。通过采用热流道浇注系统和"直通式水管+隔片式水井"组合结构,成型坯件经烧结后线性尺寸公差达到了基本尺寸的±0. 4%范围之内,角度的公差达到了±0. 5°,表面粗糙度达到Ra0.8μm。
According to the structural features of the plastic part and the molding characteristics of a combination of “metal powders + ABS”, an injection mold based on hot runnerwas designed for energy saving rings. The reasonable mold structure was determined on the basis of the investigation on the formed part, gating system, side-core pulling mechanism and temperature control system, Through the use of a hot runner gating system, and a cooling water channel based on straight pipe and septate well, the part achieved a dimensional tolerance within a basic dimension of±0.4 %, and their tolerance of angle and surface roughness reached 0.5° and Ra0.8 μm, respectively.
