本文介绍了一种以可变二维码码包作为信息手段记录和区别物料最小单元,作为物资供应链运作的追溯手段,实现了供应链过程的质量跟踪与追溯的批次管理系统。该系统运用于卷烟包装用纸,提高了质量管理的准确性,提高物流配送的灵活性,降低仓储成本和仓储压力,降低调度出错率等问题。

This paper introduces a batch management system which uses variable QR Code package as information means to record and distinguish the smallest unit of material,and as traceability means of material supply chain operation,the batch management system of quality tracking and traceability of supply chain process is realized.The system is applied to cigarette packaging paper,which improves the accuracy of quality management,improves the flexibility of logistics distribution,reduces the storage cost and storage pressure,and reduces the scheduling error rate.
