摘要
本文探讨HACCP管理理念在干部人事档案管理的应用。通过对干部人事档案管理流程进行梳理和风险分析,确定材料收集、审核、保管与利用、转递为4个关键控制点,根据HACCP原则对关键控制点建立关键限值、监测体系、纠偏措施、确认程序和记录,实施了相应的措施,实现了对干部人事档案的有效管控。
This paper discusses the application of HACCP management concept in Personnel archives management.Through combing and analyzing the management process of the Personnel archives,the paper determines the material collection,audit,storage and use and transfer to 4 critical control points.According to the HACCP principle,establishing critical limits,monitoring system,corrective measures,confirming process and quality records were developed,and the corresponding measures are implemented.The effective control of the Personnel archives has been a great improvement.
