摘要
随着网络科技的发展,以个人视角传递信息的自媒体平台不断涌现。无论是生活中还是工作中,人们都热爱、习惯并擅长使用自媒体,社会逐渐进入自媒体时代。律师在利用自媒体进行业务推广时可能会引发各种法律问题,从社会效果来说,可能是积极的,也可能是消极的,稍有不慎,还可能会受到相关部门的处罚,适得其反。本文揭示了律师利用自媒体推广业务的现状及可能引发的法律问题,并为律师在自媒体时代下如何把握业务推广的行为边界提出建议。
With the development of network technology,the we -media platform transmitting information from personal perspective is constantly emerging. Whether it is in life or at work,people always take a keen interest in,get used to and are good at using we-media,the society has thus gradually entered the era of we-media. It might cause a variety of legal issues when lawyers use we-media to promote their business,which could be positive or negative in terms of social effects,even turn out to the opposite,being punished by the relevant government departments. This article reveals the current situations that lawyers utilize we-media to promote their business and the legal issues that may arise and puts forward suggestions on how lawyers should grasp the behavioral boundaries of business promotion in the we-media era.
