On the Category System of Constitutional Philosophy

宪法哲学是探寻宪法学哲学基础的学科,对把握宪法精神,彰显宪法价值具有重大指导意义。宪法哲学的范畴体系是其价值内容得以依附的学科骨架,是宪法哲学的认识之网。目前,学界关于宪法哲学范畴体系的研究尚待起步,因此任重道远。宪法哲学的范畴体系应当符合哲学、逻辑学、美学的基本原理。

Constitutional philosophy is the subject of exploring the philosophical basis of constitutional jurisprudence,which has great guiding significance for grasping the spirit of constitution and displaying the value of constitution. The category system of constitutional philosophy is the subject skeleton of its value content and the network of understanding the constitutional philosophy. At present,the academic research on the constitutional philosophy category system has a long way to go. The category system of constitutional philosophy should conform to the common principles of philosophy,logic and aesthetics.
