摘要
在目前采深和开采强度不断加大的情况下,采动压力给掘进巷道支护带来了更大的技术难度,而上个世纪末期逐渐成熟起来的预应力锚杆联合支护是国内外普遍采用的支护技术。而且随着其应用的普及出现了多种相关的应用理论,可以用于对具体的支护方案进行数据计算与模拟分析,以便优化支护方案的设计参数。本文介绍采动压力对巷道围岩的破坏作用以及巷道支护技术的基本原理,并且分析目前在采动压力影响下掘进巷道支护的几种主要技术方案的应用,探究了在设计具体的支护技术方案时支护参数的选择、计算、模拟分析以及优化方法。
In the current situation of increasing mining depth and intensity,mining pressure has brought greater technical difficulties to the support of tunneling roadway,and the pre-stressed bolt combined support,which gradually matured at the end of the last century,is widely used at home and abroad.And with the popularization of its application,there are many related application theories,which can be used to calculate and simulate the data of specific support schemes,in order to optimize the design parameters of support schemes.This paper introduces the destructive effect of mining pressure on surrounding rock of roadway and the basic principle of roadway support technology,and analyses the application of several main technical schemes of roadway support under the influence of mining pressure at present,and explores the selection,calculation,simulation analysis and optimization methods of support parameters when designing specific support technical schemes.
