做好基层地矿部门行政执法工作的研究探讨

A Study on the Administrative Law Enforcement Work of Grass-roots Geological and Mineral Departments

近几年来,许多矿产资源被过度开发和非法开采,不仅影响了我国矿产能源储备,阻碍了经济的可持续性增长,也不利于生态文明建设工作。本文从矿管部门行政执法工作层面入手,剖析执法中存在的困境并提出解决对策,希望能够优化矿产资源执法工作,充分保护矿产资源。

In recent years,many mineral resources have been over-exploited and illegally exploited,which not only affects China's mineral energy reserves,hinders the sustainable economic growth,but also is not conducive to the construction of ecological civilization.Starting from the administrative law enforcement work of the mining administration department,this paper analyses the difficulties existing in the law enforcement and puts forward countermeasures,hoping to optimize the law enforcement work of mineral resources and fully protect mineral resources.
