减少荧光仪对烧结矿分析误差的措施

摘要 荧光仪对烧结矿分析的数据准确与否除了与荧光分析仪的性能密切相关外,还与仪器测量参数的选择、样品制备过程参数的选择以及共存元素干扰的扣除密切相关。河北省唐山市中厚板材有限公司选用比较先进的日本理学的SMX-12型X-射线光谱仪,在之前使用基础上,研究了其分析误差产生的原因并采取相应的措施,确保了该分析仪的稳定运行和分析数据的准确性,为板材生产的质量提供了保证。 The accuracy of fluorescence analyzer data for sinter analysis is closely related not only to the performance of fluorescence analyzer,but also to the selection of measurement parameters,the selection of sample preparation parameters and the deduction of interference of coexisting elements.The SMX-12 X-ray spectrometer of Japanese Neo-Confucianism was selected by Tangshan Medium and Heavy Plate Co.,Ltd.of Hebei Province.On the basis of the previous use,the causes of the analysis errors were studied and the corresponding measures were taken to ensure the stable operation of the analyzer and the accuracy of the analysis data,which guaranteed the quality of plate production.
