摘要
采矿过程中由于各种因素会在矿井中产生有害气体,由于传统有害气体监测报警方法存在识别度低、分辨率差的缺点,所以提出了基于物联网的矿井内有害气体监测报警系统设计,利用物联网技术对矿井有害气体监测报警情况进行架构研究,并对有害气体采集模块电路进行设计,最后进行仿真实验分析,将本文方法与传统有害气体监测报警方法进行对比,发现本文设计系统较传统方法有害物质识别度高17.65%,具有对有害气体进行完善监测报警的功能。
In the process of mining,harmful gas will be produced in the mine due to various factors.Because of the shortcomings of the traditional harmful gas monitoring and alarming methods,such as low recognition and poor resolution,the design of mine harmful gas monitoring and alarming system based on Internet of Things is put forward.The harmful gas monitoring and reporting in the mine is carried out by using Internet of Things technology.The structure of the alarm system is studied,and the circuit of the harmful gas acquisition module is designed.Finally,the simulation experiment is carried out.The method is compared with the traditional method of harmful gas monitoring and alarming.It is found that the system designed in this paper has 17.65%higher recognition of harmful substances than the traditional method,and has better monitoring and reporting of harmful gases.The function of the police.
