摘要
金属材料的力学性能是在外界环境和外加负荷作用力下,金属材料本身所表现出的机械性质,即金属材料为了抵抗外界各种作用力的负荷而产生物理形变的能力。金属材料力学性能测试技术方法相关国家标准体系在近几年内被不断完善,本文在以往实践经验的基础上,总结了拉伸性能测试、压缩性能测试、扭转性能测试的试验方法和优缺点,以及金属材料力学性能试验试样验收方法,旨在为金属材料力学性能测试提供一定的参考价值。
The mechanical properties of metal materials are the mechanical properties of metal materials themselves under external environment and external loads,that is,the ability of metal materials to produce physical deformation in order to resist the loads of various external forces.In recent years,the national standard system of testing technology and methods for mechanical properties of metal materials has been continuously improved.Based on the previous practical experience,this paper summarizes the testing methods and advantages and disadvantages of tensile,compressive and torsional properties,as well as the acceptance methods of test samples for mechanical properties of metal materials,in order to provide a certain degree of testing for mechanical properties of metal materials.Reference value.
