摘要
本文研究了不同锻造温度对TA5A-A钛合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明:对于TA5-A钛合金,α+β锻造可获得较为细小的等轴组织,这种组织具有较好的室温塑性,但其强度和冲击韧性较低;β锻造能够使合金变形时具有较小的变形抗力和较高的工艺塑性,获得的组织为典型的网篮组织。与α+β锻造相比,β锻造的强度略有提高,塑性降低,但是其冲击韧性明显提高,能得到强度-塑性-韧性的最佳综合匹配。
This text studies the effects of different forging temperature on microstructure and properties of TA5-A titanium alloy.The results show that:for TA5-A titanium alloy,the forging in alpha+beta phase region could get finer equixaial microstructure,this microstructure has good room temperature ductility,but its strength and impact toughness is low;the forging inβ-phase can make the alloy deformation have smaller deformation resistance and higher process ductility,and get typical basketwave microstructure.Compared with the forging in alpha+beta phase region,the strength of the forging inβphase increased slightly and the ductility decreased,but the impact toughness is improved obviously,to obtain the intensityplastic-toughness perfect matching.
