摘要
黄铜合金熔炼采用的是工频感应炉,在熔炼过程中,由于炉料细小,表面粘有油污及杂质,高温情况下比较容易发生剧烈氧化反应而产生炉渣。传统观点认为炉渣是有害物质,但是通过两种理论分析发现,如果能够控制好炉渣的含量,是能有效地提高黄铜合金熔炼的效果。
The main frequency induction furnace is used in brass alloy smelting.During the smelting process,slag is easily produced by severe oxidation reaction at high temperature because of the fine burden,oil contamination and impurities on the surface.Traditionally,slag is considered to be harmful substance,but through two theoretical analysis,it is found that if the slag content can be controlled properly,the brass alloy melting effect can be effectively improved.
