摘要
铝制品在各大领域中被广泛适用,但在其节能降耗问题上还存在一些难以解决的难题。为此提出预焙阳极铝电解节能降耗的设计。依托对预焙阳极铝电解节能降耗设计的途径分析,发现在其途径基础上的主要优势,并对这些优势进行试验分析。通过将基于本文的电解途径设计与传统电解进行对比研究,发现该系统具有显著优势。
Aluminum products are widely used in various fields,but there are still some difficult problems in energy saving and consumption reduction.The design of energy saving and consumption reduction of pre-baked anode aluminum electrolysis is proposed.Based on the analysis of energy saving and consumption reducing design of pre-baked anode aluminum electrolysis,the main advantages based on the methods were found,and the experimental analysis of these advantages was carried out.By comparing the design of electrolytic approach based on this paper with traditional electrolysis,it is found that this system has significant advantages.
