摘要 在高寒高海拔条件下的矿井,井筒加热防冻是保证安全生产的重要措施。根据某矿山实际情况计算了井口加热所需热负荷、回风井巷可回收乏风热量,设计了利用回风源热泵机组回收乏风热量进行井口加热的系统,解决了矿井防冻问题,有效降低了能耗,是实现绿色矿山建设的途径之一。 In the mine under the condition of high altitude and cold,the freezing prevention of shaft heating is an important measure to ensure safe production.According to the actual situation of a mine,the heat load required for wellhead heating and the recoverable heat of exhaust air in return air shaft and roadway are calculated.A system for wellhead heating using exhaust heat recovery by return air source heat pump unit is designed,which solves the problem of mine frost prevention and effectively reduces energy consumption.It is one of the ways to realize green mine construction.
