基于有色金属材料理化特性的化工设备维护检修

摘要 社会时代的发展让我国在很早之前步入了工业型社会,人们越来越注重工艺使用的材料和工作的进程,为此基于有色金属材料理化特性提出化工设备维护检修。在维护工具的选择上,通常会选用焊接技术和科学的检修方式对化工设备进行维护,但由于工作人员专业素质较低,缺乏化工设备维修的思想,就需要工业按照规章制度和金属材料理化特性进行分析,制定合理性较强的化工设备维修制度。 The development of the social era has made our country enter an industrial society very early.People pay more and more attention to the process of materials and work used in the process.Therefore,based on the physical and chemical characteristics of non-ferrous metal materials,maintenance and repair of chemical equipment are proposed.In the choice of maintenance tools,welding technology and scientific maintenance methods are usually used to maintain chemical equipment.However,due to the low professional quality of staff and the lack of maintenance ideas for chemical equipment,it is necessary for industry to analyze the physical and chemical characteristics of rules and regulations and metal materials,and to formulate more rational chemical equipment.Prepare maintenance system.
