Analysis on controlled blasting construction of slope in Dabao mountain mining open pit mining

针对露天采矿工程中出现的一系列预裂、光面、缓冲等边坡控制性爆破现象,提出露天采矿边坡控制性爆破施工分析。通过对现阶段露天采矿边坡控制性爆破施工中存在的问题进行分析,提出一系列提高边坡控制性爆破施工质量的有效措施,包括爆破方案的选择、边坡孔装药结构的设置和先进控制性爆破技术的采用三项措施,以提高露天采矿工程施工安全。

In view of a series of controlled blasting phenomena such as pre-splitting,smooth surface and cushioning in open-pit mining engineering,the construction analysis of controlled blasting for open-pit mining slope is put forward.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the construction of slope controlled blasting in open pit mining at present,a series of effective measures to improve the construction quality of slope controlled blasting are put forward,including the selection of blasting scheme,the setting of charging structure of slope hole and the adoption of advanced controlled blasting technology,in order to improve open pit mining.Construction safety.
