摘要
采用不同含量的AlTi中间合金制备5183合金圆铸锭,研究不同含量AlTi中间合金中Al3Ti化合物在5183合金中的遗传情况,通过金相显微组织及扫描电镜的能谱分析,观察5183合金中粗大化合物的化学组成、形态分布、尺寸数量。结果表明:不同含量AlTi中间合金中的Al3Ti化合物对5183合金中的粗大化合物具有一定的遗传性。
The 5183 alloy round ingot was prepared by using different content of AlTi master alloy.The inheritance of Al3Ti compound in 5183 alloy in different content of AlTi master alloy was studied.The microstructure of the 5183 alloy was observed by metallographic microstructure and scanning electron microscopy.Chemical composition,morphology distribution,number of dimensions.The results show that the Al3Ti compound in different content of AlTi master alloy has certain inheritance to the coarse compound in 5183 alloy.
