摘要 金属工件力学、物理、化学等各项性能,只有经过一定的工艺加工才能达到最佳状态,其中,热处理是优化和改进金属零部件各项性能指标的重要工艺之一,在机械零部件加工、工模具制造过程中不可或缺,通过对这一工序的恰当应用,能够保证和增强工件的耐磨性、柔韧性和耐蚀性,在冷、热加工过程中,还可以改善金属工件的组织和应力状态。 The mechanical,physical and chemical properties of metal parts can only be achieved through certain process processing.Thermal treatment is one of the important processes to optimize and improve the performance indicators of metal parts.It is indispensable in the process of mechanical parts processing and tooling manufacturing.The proper application of this process can ensure and enhance the wear resistance,flexibility and corrosion resistance of the workpiece.In the process of cold and hot working,it can also improve the structure and stress state of the metal workpiece.
