摘要
洗涤水的洗涤倍数越高,所需的洗涤水量就越多,滤饼中毒性浸出总氰含量就越低。然而,洗涤倍数与滤饼中毒性浸出总氰含量之间并非是线性关系。洗涤水的洗涤倍数也并非是越高越好,要在节约用水、处理效果和处理成本之间寻找最佳结合点。本文针对金矿氰化尾渣的过滤洗涤流程研究,采用一种集新型高效节能过滤洗涤一体技术的,将过滤洗涤过程一次性完成,最终探究工艺流程过程中的最佳的洗水倍数,从而达到简化工艺流程,实现与传统工艺同等或优于过滤洗涤效果的目的。
The higher the washing times of the washing water,the more washing water is required,and the lower the total cyanide leaching content in the filter cake.However,the relationship between washing times and total cyanide leaching in filter cake was not linear.The washing time of washing water is not as high as possible,so the best combination point should be found between water saving,treatment effect and treatment cost.Based on the gold cyanide tailings filter washing process research,using a set of new type high efficiency and energy saving filter washing technology,will be completed disposable filter washing process,finally to explore the best wash water ratio in the process of technological process,so as to simplify the process,with the traditional process of equivalent or superior to filter the purpose of washing effect.
