摘要
介绍了从烟化炉富氧熔炼的基本原理及工艺进行分析,开展了富氧熔炼的试验研究,增加富氧浓度对烟化炉熔炼非常有利。能够提升烟化炉经济技术指标,降低水淬渣平均品位和耗煤,提高氧化锌烟尘平均品位和床能力。
This paper introduces the basic principle and technology of oxygen enrichment melting of fuming furnace,and carries out experimental research on oxygen enrichment smelting,which is very advantageous to the smelting of fuming furnace.It can improve the economic and technical index of fuming furnace,reduce the average grade of water quenching slag and coal consumption,improve the average grade and bed capacity of ZnO fume.
