摘要
小波变换可以通过对频域或时域进行局部化观测而观察到观察对象的任意细节,因此基于小波变换并结合分形边缘检测方法和形态学方法,提出了一种新的金属表面缺陷检测算法。对新的金属表面缺陷检测算法的原理和流程进行设计,并通过设立实验组和对比组进行仿真实验,通过实验结果的对比可以得出基于小波变换设计的新的金属表面缺陷检测算法可以有效保障图像增强效果,从而加强金属表面缺陷检测效率的结论。
Wavelet transform can observe arbitrary details of the observed object by localizing the observation in frequency domain or time domain,so a new algorithm for metal surface defect detection is proposed based on wavelet transform combined with fractal edge detection method and morphology method.The principle and flow of the new metal surface defect detection algorithm are designed,and the simulation experiments are carried out by setting up experimental group and contrast group.By comparing the experimental results,it can be concluded that the new metal surface defect detection algorithm based on wavelet transform can effectively guarantee the image enhancement effect,thereby strengthening the metal surface defect.The conclusion of detection efficiency.
