摘要
为拓宽烟叶原料使用范围,提高卷烟原料的使用价值,通过在打叶复烤线对烟叶进行叶基和叶身段分切后单独加工,并与全叶加工作对比,分析加工后烟叶的加工质量指标、化学成分和感官质量。结果表明,叶身分切后加工可有效降低叶中含梗率、提高成品大中片率;叶基化学成分与叶身和全叶存在一定差异,叶身分切后加工的片烟烟碱含量较全叶略低;叶身分切后加工的烟叶感官质量较全叶和叶基好。
In order to broaden the use of the tobacco leaf raw material,and to increase the use value of cigarette raw material,based on the threshing and redrying line leaf base and leaf body section cutting alone after the processing of tobacco,and compared with the whole leaf,the processing quality index,chemical composition and sensory quality of processed tobacco were analyzed.The results showed that,leaf cutting processing element can effectively reduce the rate of stem and yield and rate of leaf containing.There are some differences in the chemical composition of leaf base and leaf blade and leaf,leaf cutting processing identity tobacco nicotine content is slightly lower than the whole leaf.The leaf quality after leaf processing is better than that of whole leaves and leaf base.
