镀锡板表面不同类型硅烷偶联剂膜的腐蚀防护性能 被引量:7

摘要 分别采用不同类型硅烷偶联剂处理镀锡板,通过电化学阻抗谱、塔菲尔曲线测量及中性盐雾试验研究了所得膜层的腐蚀防护性能。结果表明,脲基类(KH-152和KH-160)与氨基单爪类(KH-540、KH-550、KH-792和KH-794)硅烷膜的腐蚀防护效果最差。环氧类硅烷膜(KH-560、KH-561、KH-566与KH-567)的效果较上述两类好。氨基双爪类硅烷膜(KH-170与KH-270)的防腐蚀效果最佳,且KH-170稍优于KH-270。 Tinplates were treated with different silane coupling agents respectively,and the corrosion protection properties of the films obtained were studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,Tafel curve measurement,and neutral salt spray test.The results showed that the urea-based silanes(including KH-152 and KH-160)and single-claw amino-based silanes(including KH-540,KH-550,KH-792,and KH-794)were the worst,the epoxy-containing silanes(including KH-560,KH-561,KH-566,and KH-567)were better,and the double-claw amino-based silanes(including KH-170 and KH-270)were the best.KH-170 was little better than KH-270.
