热镀锌板耐指纹膜性能的影响因素及工艺控制 被引量:5

摘要 采用由水溶性树脂、水溶性防锈剂和成膜助剂组成的钝化液令镀锌板表面形成耐指纹膜。分析了影响耐指纹膜耐蚀性、膜重等性能的因素,得到如下较优的工艺条件:镀锌板表面粗糙度0.8~1.3μm,辊间压力400~600 N,涂覆辊转速100 r/min,拾料辊转速120 r/min,烘干温度90~130°C,烘干时间2~3 s。产品的合格率由原先的65%提高到90%以上。 Anti-fingerprint film was formed on hot-dip galvanized sheet by being treated in a bath comprising watersoluble resin,water-soluble anti-rust agent,and film-forming additive.The factors affecting the corrosion resistance and mass of anti-fingerprint film were analyzed.The optimal process conditions were obtained as follows:roughness of hot-dip galvanized sheet 0.8-1.3μm,pressure between coating roller and pickup roller 400-600 N,rotation speed of coating roller 100 r/min,rotation speed of pickup roller 120 r/min,baking temperature 90-130℃,and baking time 2-3s.The qualification rate of products was increased from 65%previously to higher than 90%currently.
