Fast determination of zinc content in an alkaline zinc–nickel alloy electroplating bath based on the masking of nickel by polyethylene polyamine

以多乙烯多胺掩蔽镍离子和铜杂质,抗坏血酸掩蔽铁杂质,氟化钠掩蔽铝杂质后,在p H为5.0～5.3的条件下以二甲酚橙作为指示剂,用EDTA标准溶液滴定碱性锌镍合金镀液中的锌。分析结果的相对标准偏差为0.42%,回收率为99.5%。该法简单、快速而准确。

Zinc content in alkaline zinc-nickel alloy electroplating bath is titrated by EDTA standard solution with xylenol orange as indicator at pH 5.0-5.3 after masking of nickel and copper ions with polyethylene polyamine,iron ions with ascorbic acid,and aluminum ions with sodium fluoride.The method has a relative standard deviation of 0.42%and a recovery of 99.5%,and is simple,rapid,and accurate.
