4Y管理模式预防产后尿潴留的效果研究

Study on the effect of 4Y management model in preventing postpartum urinary retention

目的探讨运用4Y管理模式对降低产后尿潴留的效果。方法将我院2016年1月—12月自然分娩的2 915例产妇作为对照组,采用常规管理;将2017年1月—10月自然分娩的2 627例产妇作为观察组,采用4Y管理模式。比较2组产后尿潴留发生率。结果观察组产后尿潴留发生率比对照组显著降低(P<0.05),且呈逐月下降趋势。结论运用4Y管理模式对产后尿潴留进行预防的效果明显,实现了护理质量的持续改进。

Objective To explore the effect of 4Y management mode on reducing postpartum urinary retention.Methods The 915 parturients who gave birth naturally in the hospital from January to December 2016 were taken as the control group,and conventional management was adopted.From January to October 2017,2627 parturient women who gave birth naturally were selected as the observation group,and 4Y management mode was adopted.The incidence of postpartum urinary retention was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postpartum urinary retention in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and showed a downward trend from month to month.Conclusion The incidence of postpartum urinary retention is obviously reduced by using 4Y management mode,and the continuous improvement of nursing quality is achieved.
