摘要
为加强《铁路技术管理规程》(简称:《技规》)知识管理,提高《技规》知识学习效果,从知识管理的角度研究设计《技规》知识库管理系统。根据尊重知识管理科学规律,坚持系统设计的易用性、开放性和可扩展性,以及整体设计、分布实施的原则,对《技规》知识库管理系统进行功能需求分析,并在此基础上设计由数据层、业务层和展现层组成的系统架构。据此开发的《技规》知识库管理系统功能完备,界面简洁、易用,经试用验证了系统设计的可行性。
In order to strengthen the knowledge management of Railway Technical Management Regulation(RTMR)and improve the learning effect of the regulation,the RTMR knowledge base management system was studied and designed from the perspective of knowledge management.According to the principles of ease of use,openness and expandability of system design,as well as the overall design and distributed implementation,this paper analyzed the functional requirements of the system,and based on this,designed a system architecture composed of data layer,business layer and presentation layer.The system developed on this basis has complete functions,simple interface and easy to use.The feasibility of the system design was verified through trial.
